Open Enrollment is your opportunity to:
Enroll in, change or waive benefits Add or terminate eligible family members from your coverage
When is Open Enrollment?

January 01, 2020- January 31, 2020

If you are currently enrolled to a medical plan and you do not want to make changes, your current plan will roll over and no other action is necessary. If you want to make changes, fill out the appropriate enrollment/ change form. All forms must be returned to your CitiStaff Solutions Representative or Human Resources department by January 31, 2020.

Benefit changes will take effect on January 01, 2020.

You may pick up your Open Enrollment Materials, which include a Benefit Summary and Enrollment Form(s) at your local Branch.

The following medical options will be available to you:

MEC Plan: This plan satisfies the federal individual mandate for coverage. It covers the 63 preventative care services required by the law. This plan has the LOWEST weekly payroll contributions

 

MVP Plan: This plan provides coverage for most services, only after a $5,500 deductible has been paid. This plan has the HIGHEST weekly payroll contributions.

Open Enrollment Materials

You may pick up your Open Enrollment materials, which include a Benefit Summary & Enrollment Form(s) at the Human Resources Department.
All forms should be returned to your Branch Manager or the Human Resources Department by January 31, 2020.
